Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what SignalTrade collects when you use the app, and what it does with it.

What we collect

  • Account information — if you create an account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
  • Position data you enter — if you use position tracking, we store the buys, sells and settings you manually enter (price, quantity, timestamps). This is a ledger you tell us about; it is never pulled from an exchange.
  • Telegram chat ID — only if you opt in to Telegram alerts, so we know where to send them.

What we don't collect

We never ask for exchange API keys, wallet private keys, or any credential that could move or access your funds. SignalTrade has no mechanism to place trades or access exchange accounts.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to run the features you use — showing your position, computing your P&L, and sending alerts you've opted into. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except where required to operate the service itself (e.g. Telegram's own delivery of a message you asked us to send).

Advertising

SignalTrade's public pages (this one included) may show ads served by Google AdSense once the site is approved. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can learn more about how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Advertising does not run inside the authenticated app itself.

Data retention

Account and position data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time via the contact page.
